Increase your overall strength, power and flexibility to help prepare you for your sports season

Training-conditioning sessions are developed based on individual athletic goals in conjunction with the specialized initial performance evaluation results. Instruction is given in performing proper activities specific to the athletes particular sport. Appropriate eight- week programs are developed for pre-season and in-season athletes, as well as for those athletes who are constantly "in-season" moving from one sport to another.

Swing Smoother

Improving your strength and flexibility will allow for increased swing speed

Our Maximum Performance Golf Conditioning Program is designed for competitive and recreational golfers. Golfers undergo a specialized specialized initial performance evaluation which includes a swing speed analysis. An individual conditioning program, will be developed to assist golfers with overall conditioning, reducing fatigue, and injury prevention.

This program is to prepare the body for the demands of golf. For optimal results it is recommended that the Golf Conditioning Program be utilized in coordination with a golf pro that can address specific golfing techniques.
